At Coffibee, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality coffee products. Due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Returns
Coffee products, including roasted coffee beans and ground coffee, are generally not eligible for return once delivered because they are consumable goods.
However, returns may be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The package is tampered with before delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product delivered
- Order lost in transit
- Order cancelled before shipment
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay, and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Issues
Shipping and delivery are handled through our logistics partners via Shiprocket. While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Normal variations in coffee flavor, aroma, or roast profile
